You can click on the folders to enter them.

If you click the checkbox next to the folder and then click on the gear icon above then you can download the folder (or multiple checked files) as a zip folder.

When you hover over the name of a file you will see a dropdown arrow appear to the right of the filename. You can click on this and select 'download' in order to download that particular file.

When you hover over the name of a folder or file you will see a dropdown arrow appear to the right of the folder or filename. You can click on this and select 'share' in order to download that share that folder or file various tools such as Email, Facebook, Twitter and WhatsApp.

You can simply click on a file to preview it. A blank page will show initially but after a few seconds the preview will appear.

You can also choose to open the preview in a new window (which displays slightly more quickly). To do this you need to hover over the name of a file. You will then ee a dropdown arrow appear to the right of the filename. You can click on this and select 'preview (new window)'. This will open up the file directly in your browser in a new window.

From the preview you can scroll through the document, zoom in and out, download it and print it out.

Simply click on a folder name to enter that folder. If you wish to return you can either click on 'Previous Folder', or you can click on elements of the breadcrumbs at the top of the file display window.

If you are looking for a specific file or folder then you can use the search function (the magnifying glass at the top of the file browser window.
