You do not need to fill in this form if you have applied for funding. We will be in touch by 27th January to inform you if your application for funding has been approved. If it is approved, then it will cover your registration fees and you do not need to make any payment. If it is not approved, then you will need to return to this form and make your payment if you are still able to attend.

Before starting this form, please ensure that you have all the information required for the compulsory fields marked below with an asterisk ( * ).

Once you have completed the compulsory fields please click the ‘Make Payment’ button at the bottom of the page.

You will receive a confirmation email when you have completed the Shikwaru 2020 Payment Form. If you do not receive your confirmation email then please check your email spam folder carefully. If you still do not have it then please contact us at [email protected].
