Shikwaru 2020 Registration

Venue
The Leadership Team meetings will be held in Shikwaru Lodge in Limpopo Province, South Africa. The lodge is a mere two hours drive from Johannesburg and is located 28 km southeast of Mokopane (Potgietersrus). It is home to more than 20 species of exceptional African mammals coupled with countless bird and reptile species. Dates
We expect those participating in the Leadership Team meetings to arrive on either Friday 13th or early on Saturday 14th March 2020.
Meetings will finish on Friday 20th March, and most participants will leave towards the end of the day unless you are staying on for the weekend as part of the GCF project teams and regional groups.
Costs
All costs are in US dollars.
The cost of the Shikwaru 2020 meetings (including accommodation, food, airport shuttle and Big Five experience) is $450. The cost of the extra weekend for project teams and regional groups is a further $150. We have a grant to support costs where funding is limited. But if you, or your organisation you work for, are able to contribute to or cover costs then that will allow us to provide funding to more people.
Process
Shikwaru 2020 will start on Saturday morning (14th March).
Meetings will finish on Friday afternoon (20th March), and most participants will leave towards the end of the day unless you are staying on for the weekend as part of the GCF project teams and regional groups.
Please plan to attend the complete program. People arriving late or leaving early miss out on important parts of the process and are a disruption for others. The funding covers all meals, accommodation and program expenses from dinner on Friday 13th through to lunch on Friday 20th. Airport transfers are also included for those arriving on either Friday 13th or Saturday 14th and leaving between Friday 20th - Sunday 22nd.

Starting the form
Once you are ready to start your registration process you should do the following.
- Complete the Shikwaru 2020 Registration Form below.
- Your registration status will remain 'Pending' until all fees are paid, or funding has been granted.
- Your Registration Form must be completed by 20th January in order to qualify for funding.
- Your Travel Form must be completed by 31st January
- Your Payment Form must be completed by 10th February (if you are not receiving funding)
- All registrations must be completed (including travel arrangements, travel insurance and visas), and fees paid by 10th February.
Confirmation
